We ask that reschedules and cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance to you maybe charged a cancellation fee of $50. At Susie Carranza Brows and Beauty, your appointment time is dedicated and reserved for you. Your time is very important to me as mine is as well. Please read the following policies in place to avoid any confusion: •Rescheduling and Cancellations A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or to reschedule. Any changes made within the 24 hours could result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the selected service. •No-Show Policy Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notifying Susie Carranza Brows and Beauty, will be charged 100% of the selected service. If a client has another no show, future appointments will require a prepayment. •Late Arrivals When appointments are made, I ask that you be on time as being late will back up other appointments that other clients may have made. Late arrivals of greater than 10 minutes can shorten your service. •Payment of Fees All cancellations and no-shows fees must be paid before booking future appointments.
